What is Ultimate Frisbee?
Combining the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing of football, a game of Ultimate is played by two seven-player teams with a high-tech plastic disc on a field similar to football. Object of the game:

To Join Ultimate:
Students need to come out regularly throughout the year in order to learn the game prior to the start of the season. Show up with good SPIRIT, gym equipment indoors, where cleats out doors when practises start. There are fund raising events through out the year to help subsidize the cost of travelling to tournaments.

So much for hibernation. There were Blue Bear sightings aplenty in the winners circle when Port Colborne High School celebrated the end to 2015-16 athletic season.

School and team awards were presented at an assembly, and student athletes also got together for a barbecue.
