Description:
Cross Country is open to all dedicated male and female students from grade 9-12.  Training begins in September.    Practices take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school.

2022: Badger Invitational meet. The team put in strong performances in the Novice Boys, Junior Girls, and Senior Boys divisions. Highlights include Sam Tonnies placing 6th overall in the Senior Boys Division, Sarah Smith placing 27th in the Junior Girls Division, and the Port Colborne Senior Boys Team placing 9th overall. Great effort team!

2021: 
10 Runners advance to SOSSA.  Sam Tonnies and Kaylee Olm Place 2nd at Zones

2018: 9 Runners advance to SOSAA.  Midget Boys WIN zones and enter SOSSA as 2nd ranked team!

Congratulations Arnav, Rose and Grace!
We’re thrilled to recognize Arnav Tewari, Rose Tonnies and Grace Tonnies as our September Athletes of the Month!
Arnav has demonstrated exceptional dedication both on and off the court. His consistent attendance at practice and willingness to help train junior players have made him a standout member of the team. Competing fiercely, Arnav reached the quarterfinals in Senior Tennis, playing five impressive matches. Beyond his athletic achievements, Arnav exemplifies great sportsmanship and is known for his respectful and polite demeanor.
Grace and Rose are currently competing across three teams—cross country, basketball, and tennis—and bring unmatched energy and commitment to each one. Known for their hard work, determination, and fierce competitive spirit, Grace and Rose are setting the bar high for student-athletes in our community.
