For the second month in a row two grade 9 students have been selected as our Athletes of the month.    

Grace Luey has made a great first impression as a Blue Bear.  Grace is a leader for the Junior Girls Basketball team and has even filled in for the Sr. team when needed.  She has a tremendous work ethic and positive attitude.   Grace is also a member of Students’ Council and an avid soccer player who plays for the Niagara Region soccer team.  In her spare time she helps to coach young soccer players. 

Preston Fraser has been a top runner for the midget boys OFSAA Cross country team.   He has made great strides as a member of the Jr. Boys Volleyball team.   Preston is a dependable teammate who also plans to play on the Jr. Boys Basketball team.     

Both are dedicated student athletes who have earned a spot on the PCHS Honour role.
