The winter season of training has begun!  Training is before school on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  We will be doing a variety of activities that involve running and weight training along with developing technique on the ergometer machine.  

 

Important Dates:
  • Winter Land Training November-February
  • Water Season Early March (weather/course dependant)
  • Regatta dates TBA

Congratulations Jacobi Oskam & Michael Myke!

Jacobi Oskam, grade 11, plays just about everything at PCHS.  This past April she finished 3rd at the Zone Badminton tournament.  She also trained with the soccer team, the Ultimate Frisbee team and as javelin thrower for Track & Field.  Jacobi is a graduate of Oakwood Elementary.

Michael Myke, grade 9, made huge strides as a double badminton player.  The hard work and time he put in really paid off.  Michael is excited to play baseball next month.  He is a graduate of DeWitt Carter School.
