The winter season of training has begun!  Training is before school on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  We will be doing a variety of activities that involve running and weight training along with developing technique on the ergometer machine.

  • Winter Land Training November-February
  • Water Season Early March (weather/course dependant)

Sheridan Sneek
Sheridan Sneek capped off her athletic career in style winning several huge meets this year:
-gold at the Cougar Classic
-gold at Zone shot put
-Gold at SOSSA shot put
-Silver OFSSA Regionals shot put
-Top 20 OFSSA shot put
 
Caleb Grover
Caleb had an incredible track and field season winning double gold in shotput and discus at:
-The Cougar Classic
-Zone Championships
-SOSSA
-OFSSA Regionals
-NXT Invitational track and Field meet 
At OFSSA Caleb was the top thrower for his age group in shot put (8th place) and discus (4th place by 15cm). He also coached three students to SOSSA AND OFSSA Regionals championships and OFSSA.
