The winter season of training has begun!  Training is before school on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  We will be doing a variety of activities that involve running and weight training along with developing technique on the ergometer machine.

  • Winter Land Training November-February
  • Water Season Early March (weather/course dependant)
  • Regatta dates TBA

2023-24 Athletic Award Winners

Avaia Echlin and Logan Dickie were named Port Colborne High School senior female and male athletes of the year at the school’s recent athletic awards ceremony.

Junior female and male athletes of the year were Madison Lee and Myles Draper.

Winning sportsperson of the year awards were: William Laur, junior male; Ethan denhollander, senior male; Aurora Kadwell, junior female; and, Mikayla Lacey, senior female.
