The Grade 10 3 Civics class, along with the grade 12 law class, will be running the election on Tuesday, May 31st. Here’s what you need to know:

• The vote will happen during period 3 on May 31st

• The polling stations will come to you. This seemed like the best way to avoid lost learning time and the chaos of long line-ups. 

• Voting for your class should take around 10 minutes

Our students will be sharing announcements this week and next about the different parties and platforms. Please encourage your students to inform themselves before the vote! This is a great opportunity for young people to have their voices heard and to learn about the voting process before they are eligible. Their votes will be tallied with other student votes from across the Province.
